1. Educational Service Only

EI8GHT FIGURE SOLUTION$ is an educational technology platform. We provide information, AI-assisted document drafting, tracking tools, and mentorship. We are not a law firm, credit repair organization, lender, or financial advisor, and nothing on this platform is legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and submitting every document generated through the platform, and for the accuracy of any information you dispute. We do not guarantee any specific credit score change, dispute outcome, funding approval, or business result.

2. Free Trial

New paid plans include a 21-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin auto-billing at the monthly rate shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. After a trial ends without conversion, your account remains active in view-only mode: you can access your saved data and history, but new letter generation and premium tools require an active paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month using the payment method on file through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Pay-per-use charges (for example, mailed dispute letters at $8.14 each) are billed separately at the time of the transaction and are non-refundable once a letter has been submitted to the mail carrier.

4. Mentorship & One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (mentorship tiers, add-on services) are billed once at the price displayed at checkout. Access is granted after successful payment. Refunds on one-time purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase and only if no material portion of the service has been delivered.

5. Your Account & Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information at signup. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You agree not to dispute information you know to be accurate, and not to use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of the FCRA, CROA, or any other applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to help analyze reports and draft correspondence. AI output can contain errors. You must independently review every generated document before using it. We are not liable for any consequence arising from documents you choose to send.

7. Mail Delivery

Physical mail is dispatched through a third-party mail vendor (Lob) using USPS Certified Mail with return receipt. Delivery timelines and tracking accuracy are controlled by USPS. We are not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or tracking data provided by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, templates, and code are owned by EI8GHT FIGURE SOLUTION$ or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your personal data and any documents you finalize. You may not resell, republish, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

9. Privacy

We collect the minimum information required to operate the platform (account details, uploaded credit reports, generated documents, mailing addresses, payment metadata). We do not sell your personal data. See our privacy practices in-app or contact us for a full copy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity, at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Payment Plans & Chargeback Policy

For Elite Club tiers you may elect to pay in four (4) equal weekly installments. By selecting a payment plan you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the scheduled dates. If a scheduled installment cannot be collected, your program access will be immediately locked at 12:01 AM the day after the failed attempt and will remain locked until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Repeated failure to pay may result in referral to collections.

Chargeback / dispute clause. All digital services, coaching calls, educational content, and dispute-letter mailings are non-refundable once delivered. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for services you have already accessed constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon notice of such a dispute we will (a) permanently terminate your account, (b) revoke access to all purchased content and mentorship, and (c) ban your email address and payment identifiersfrom re-registration on the platform. We will also submit evidence of your acceptance of these Terms, your access logs, and delivered materials to the card network in defense of the dispute. To resolve a legitimate concern, contact 8figuresolutions@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your bank.
